Privacy policy
This site collects two things: what you type into the contact form, and anonymous counts of which pages get read. No cookies, no advertising trackers, no profiles. This page explains the details, because the law requires it and because you should not have to guess.

What we collect
From the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you choose to provide it, and the content of your message. That is the only personal information this site asks for, and every field beyond name, email, and message is optional. We do not collect anything else about you, and there is no account, no login, and no newsletter signup.
Analytics
We use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool, to count page views. It records the page visited, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type, and country. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses, and does not follow you to other websites. Nobody can be identified from this data, which is why this site has no cookie banner.
Why we collect it
Contact form information is used to reply to you and, if the conversation leads to work, to carry out that work. Analytics are used to see which pages people actually read so we know what is worth writing more of. We do not sell personal information to anyone, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it, and where
Contact form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a service based in the United States. Site statistics are processed by Umami Cloud. The site itself is hosted on GitLab Pages. This means personal information you send through this site may be stored or processed outside Quebec and outside Canada, where it is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction holding it, including lawful access requests by foreign authorities. If that is a concern for your enquiry, email us directly instead of using the form.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept while the enquiry is active and afterward only as long as we need them for our business records or as the law requires. Analytics data is aggregate, contains no personal information, and is retained by our analytics provider on a rolling basis. When personal information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and ask us to delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which for a contact form means asking us to erase what you sent. We will respond within thirty days at no charge. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Commission d'acces a l'information du Quebec or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
