The Challenge

Real estate search has a fundamental mismatch problem. The tools are built around filters (price ranges, bedroom counts, postal codes) but clients don't think in filters. They say things like "something with a big backyard for the kids, close to a good school, not too far from downtown." A conventional search engine has no useful answer for that.

Realtors bridge this gap manually, translating client descriptions into search criteria through experience and intuition. Wayhome AI wanted to encode that translation in software and make it available as a whitelabeled platform that any brokerage could deploy under their own brand.

What We Built

We built two connected products for Wayhome AI.

The first is a public-facing AI listing platform: a whitelabeled property search experience that replaces the traditional filter interface with a conversational one. Buyers describe what they're looking for in natural language, and the system surfaces listings that genuinely match, including properties they might not have found through conventional search.

The second is a realtor-side chatbot: a tool realtors use internally to run natural language queries against their client profiles and their market's inventory. When a new listing comes in, a realtor can ask "which of my clients would be interested in this?" and get a ranked, reasoned answer.

Outcomes

The platform reframes real estate search around how clients actually communicate. Fuzzy, descriptive, human language becomes a usable input rather than a source of friction.

For brokerages, the whitelabel model means they can offer a differentiated, AI-powered client experience without building the underlying technology themselves. For realtors, the matching tool reduces the manual work of connecting buyers to listings.
